Employee received a call from production supervisor to check D2 inside winder which was having a problem with the shaft that was jumping. When he arrived a the machine he started checking the tension of the belt with his fingers to find the problem. He first checked the belt on D3 side of the winder and then he was to check the belt on D1 side of the winder.
