Ms. [REDACTED] and staff were in the [REDACTED] office preparing to take a foster child to a foster home for an overnight stay.

Foster child had a manic eposide and attempted to harm herself. Ms. [REDACTED] and staff attempted to console the child and keep her from harming herself. In an attempt to disarm the child Ms. [REDACTED] received a laceration to her right thumb.

Ms. Frederick received an abrasion to her right thumb and also reported pain in her middle and lower back from struggling with the child.
