Foster child had a manic eposide and attempted to harm herself. Ms. [REDACTED] and staff attempted to console the child and keep her from harming herself when staff left the room to call [REDACTED] and get supplies for help Ms. [REDACTED] was left alone in the room with the child. Ms. [REDACTED] was continuing to try and subdo the foster child and was flipped on her back by the child in an attempt to escape to harm herself again.
