What happened
EE was asked to take the fire extinguisher by elevator door down stair during a fire drill. The fire extinguisher was heavy and EE pulled something in their back. EE was in instance pain. EE TOLD the floor charge nurse and they never acknowledged EE 's complaint. [REDACTED] upon returning back to work and still in pain EE asked the Night charge nurse how to go about reporting injury. EE still in a lot pain.
