What happened
EE went upstairs to get a patient to take them down to [REDACTED] and the patient was about 255 pounds and nobody was free to help pull the patient onto the stretcher. EE couldn 't wait to much longer because they didn 't want to delay the patients care so EE attempted to pull the patient over themselves and as EE pulled the PT over EE 's arm just dropped like it had gave out and began to cause them pain. EE couldn 't lift their hand over head and still can 't.
