What happened
[REDACTED] was covering freezer for breaks. She was retrieving product at [REDACTED] from the freezer outfeed and descending the stairs. Member was facing outward during her descend after taking 1 step member slipped and fell forward. Member caught herself with her arms legs. Both knees did come in contact with the railing and left-hand maintained contact with the railing which resulted in the twisting of member 's left wrist and sore ankle. Leadership was notified immediately.
