Employee reported on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] that on the previous day ([REDACTED]) at about [REDACTED] He had injured his finger when it was caught in the conveyor at special projects. The conveyor had started while his hand was on the belt and twisted his finger. [REDACTED] when it was reported the left ring finger had some black and blue coloring on the side but no noticeable swelling. Employee declined medical treatment. He did wrap the finger so that he does not continue to aggravate it then returned back to work.
