What happened
After completing the repair the mechanic started the machine to test. After deciding all was well he reached up and started to pull the machine guard down. When he pulled he placed his left hand against the rotating shaft. The shaft grabbed his glove spun his hand around the shaft and locked his hand in place on the still turning shaft. Others came to shut down and free his hand.
