Before the incident
The operator was running pipe on his straightening machine when the feed conveyor broke down.
What happened
The operator and his coworker decided to use a lifting chain set to get the pipe off the conveyor. To hook up the chains the operator had to hold on to the hook and swing the chain over the table leg. While attempting to do this he felt a sharp pain in his left elbow.
