Walking up the stairs of the loading dock

Recordable due to broken left clavicle and left side rib EE reports while walking up the steps to the loading dock he tripped on the top step and fell off the side of the loading dock landing on his left shoulder and left side of his body against an asphalt surface EE was taken to WorkMed where he received an X Ray that showed he sustained a fractured left clavicle and a fractured left rib On [REDACTED] I talked with EE and was informed me that EE has 3 fractured ribs not 1 and that he has another appointment [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] with a orthopedic specialist Dr said EE can choose to do what he is comfortable with in going back to work but no lifting driving or strenuous activity for now and surgery is not recommended at this point On [REDACTED] EE returned to work to full ability
