Recordable due to fracture EE reports they were taking a metal container apart She was drilling out a screw to remove it As she was using the drill in her left hand and had a wrench in her right hand to hold behind the bolt the wrench slipped off when it torqued up and struck her on the right side of the bridge of her nose causing a small superficial abrasion On [REDACTED] EE went to WorkMed to be evaluated Dr [REDACTED] does not believe there to be any fracture of the nose but hard to be certain with the swelling Wants to see EE back in 1 to 2 weeks for reevaluation On [REDACTED] EE returned to WorkMed for a follow up where they referred her to an ENT to further diagnosis and discuss treatment options EE has an appointment on [REDACTED] with the ENT A fracture of the nose was found which requires surgery to fix EE is scheduled for surgery on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] On [REDACTED] EE received a call from the ENT telling her that after looking at the scans again they do not want to do surg
