What happened
Recordable due to surgery and restricted duty AGR subcontractor EE was cutting foam on a bandsaw in [REDACTED] After she had cut the foam she picked it up and went to turn around with the foam She did not take a step back and was too close to the saw when turning causing the top of her right forearm to come in contact with the saw blade resulting in deep lacertion on forearm She was taken to WorkMed then to a specialist Surgery was scheduled and performed and given light work restrictions returning to work [REDACTED] and to full duty on [REDACTED]
