What happened

Recordable due to fractured right great toe Rx and restrictions EE reports she was lifting boxes from a pallet and when she took a step her left foot caught on the pallet tripping her and causing her to fall striking her right knee and foot She is experiencing discomfort bruising redness to her knee and her right great toe and foot is throbbing and she isnt able to move it EE has hardware in her right foot toe from a previous surgery [REDACTED] for a personal condition She says she is not able to bear weight on the foot and was assisted off the floor to a cart by a coworker She is requesting a medical evaluation as she feels she needs an x ray of her foot EE was taken to WorkMed where they received an X ray of their right foot The X ray showed no damage to the existing hardware but did show a nondisplaced fracture in the right great toe EE was given a boot and crutches with seated work only restrictions The right knee is sore and bruised but no major damage The EE is taking the rest of
