Employee was holding door for another colleague that was transporting a cart from [REDACTED] to [REDACTED]...when the cart fell.

Upon lifting back up the cart contents from the cart (Breadboard) fell off of the cart. (18 by 24 ~ fall approx. 2 ft.)

Injury - Breadboard made contact with top of toes of individuals left foot. Only closed toed casual rubber soled shoes were worn.
