Cleaning up on and around his machine.

The IW was in the process of cleaning up on and around his machine. While doing this he ducted under a movable control panel that had a pair of scissors (hanging open) hanging on it. The first time he walked under it he ducted down far enough that the scissors didn 't touch him. When he walked back under the control panel this time he didn 't duck down far enough not hit the open scissors.
