Moving reels

Team member was moving full [REDACTED] reels from one row to the row in front of them. They attempted to move a reel that was positioned directly up next to another. They placed their palms on the top of the reel flange on both sides and applied pressure forward. The reel rocked forward but did not fully clear the lip of the metal track on the ground aligning and holding the reels in line causing it to rock back into position. When it rocked back their left index finger had slipped in between the reel they were attempting to move and the reel directly next to it pinching the finger. Team member was treated with RICE but requested outside medical treatment due to continued discomfort. TM was taken to occupational health clinic where x-ray indicated a fracture to the finger-tip.
