Employee had just finished using the rotator machine to rotate a refractory product that was inside of a wood mold in order to strip the mold from the product.

After the employee finished rotating the mold the employee notice that the mold brick was sliding off of the pallet. The employee attempted to prevent it from falling by placing his shoulder onto it - the force of the heavy mold and product pushed his shoulder backwards causing his back to twist suddenly and forcefully.
