Rotating lid 20-40 lbs. with a short lift and clockwise shift using two handles on either side of the lid of the large communal shielded hot sharps barrel.

[REDACTED] lifted the small lid of the large communal shielded hot sharps barrel next to the hot box table. Inside there was no room to put more in the opening to the barrel. In order to find room for the hot sharps from the previous [REDACTED] [REDACTED] rotated the lid of the barrel to find a spot where the opening had some space available. To rotate the 20 to 40lbs lid a short lift combined with a clockwise shift using the 2 handles on either side of the lid was required. After rotating the lid [REDACTED] did not feel an injury until lifting the small waste bucket (~10lbs) that he was going to empty.
