What happened
The employee was cutting synchro chain belts in [REDACTED]. The belts were located in a plastic gaylord box which was positioned on the lower lever of the storage racks. The employee used a hand jack to pull the box out from under the racks so she could lower the front portion of the box to remove a belt. As she attempted to lower the belt she felt a slight pull in her lower back. Feeling this she didn 't attempt t0 remove any belts at that time. [REDACTED] she attempted to remove a belt to cut. As she did this she felt a pop in her lower back.
