Driver picked up a 30 yard box After he applied his tarp he left the site As he was driving he noticed cardboard coming out from underneath the tarp He stopped to adjust it climbing on the box As he was adjusting it he lost his footing casing him to fall He landed on his feet but sustained an ankle sprain and heel contusion as a result
