What happened
CONVEYOR WAS STOPPED FROM A JAM JAM WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FINGER SCREEN TRANSITION TO THE INCLINE OF THE ABELT A 2X6X APPX 810FT BOARD WEDGED BETWEEN THE TRANSITION OF THE SCREEN DECK TO THE [REDACTED] of TO THE SORTING CABIN THE BOARD WAS MIXED WITH ALOT OF CARDBOARD AND WAS INADVERTANTLY LOADED INTO THE FEED CONVEYOR AND MADE IT THROUGH THE FINGER SCREEN AND CAUSING A JAM AT THE HEADER EES STOPPED THE LINE BUT DID NOT LOCKOUT THE SYSTEM EES ACCESSED THE BELT WALKING DOWN THE INCLINE AND USED A 2X4 TO PRY THE [REDACTED] BOARD WHILE DOING THIS THE BOARD RELEASED PINCHING EES HAND IN BETWEEN THE HEADER OF THE [REDACTED] AND THE BOARD
