The member became agitated due to employee not being able to connect his [REDACTED] to the internet so he jumped on the employee and pulled her down to the floor. As he got her down to the floor he began punching and scratching the employee. The employee was able to stay on her knees and he bit her. He continued to hit her head arms and chest. He also grabbed two handfuls of hair and pulled her head down and hit her right hand.
