TM was removing pallets. The next pallet caused the pallet to pinch TMs right fingers.
What happened
TM was removing contaminated pallets from line. There is a clamp that stops the pallets that is controlled by the top deck nailer. The top deck nailer did not see TM attempting to remove the pallet. The top deck nailer released the next pallet causing the pallet to pinch TMs right fingers.
