TM got a pallet that had plastic wrapped around it TMs TM was running the sorter with a load that had a lot of plastic. TM got a pallet that had plastic wrapped around it TM grabbed the plastic and pulled it off. TM got her hand around the plastic and at the same time some of the plastic was pulled by the roller and pulled the left hand and arm under the roller. It pulled the TMs arm all the way to the elbow before the TM was able to pull the arm free.
