What happened
After returning to the lot around [REDACTED] I parked the van along the fence. While exiting I slipped on the ice surrounded by the car. I fell directly on my back onto the ice and went into the bottom of the drivers door. It was hard to get up. A coworker noticed that I was laying on the ground and ran over to help me up.
