Driver was in the alley between [REDACTED] While servicing a recycle toter the toter bar snapped off of the toter and hit him directly on his right eyebrow causing a cut Two residents came out gave him some peroxide and some napkins he stopped the bleeding put on a bandage and called his supervisor We took him to Concentras clinic for treatment where he received three stitches
