Trying to catch a donor after the donor began to fall after donation

[REDACTED] having a severe reaction passed out while walking towards me. [REDACTED] was falling and I attempted to help and or catch while the bed and table with all the supplies and equipment around. I tried to grab at her to help her from hurting herself too bad and while helping her I started to feel pain in my shoulder. It was not bad at first but with the more time that passed my shoulder was hurting more.
