Driver stated he arrived at [REDACTED] in order to service his recycling 2 yard container he had to move the trash 2 yard container Nothing out of the ordinary Upon moving the container he felt discomfort in his right elbow He continued to work and [REDACTED] noticed he was unable to extend his right arm fully and the pain had gotten worse At this time he decided to contact his supervisor to report the discomfort driver is NOT seeking medical attention at this time
