Rotating the OJ that just came in from one pallet to the other pallet and pushing the pallet back into stock position.

I injured my left shoulder felt a pull and something pop. I was rotating the OJ we just got in from one pallet to the new delivery pallet and when pulling the pallet back into position that is when I felt the pull and pop in my left shoulder. Right now it is sore and pain in my left arm shoulder area.
