[REDACTED] was in the process of closing the gap between two door panels and was working on the 900 line In order to close the gap [REDACTED] was using a piece of wood and a rubber mallet He would place the piece of wood on the door panel with his right hand and strike the piece of wood with the rubber mallet The piece of wood protects the door panel from damage when it is struck by the mallet When [REDACTED] was working on the right side of the door he had to hold the wood and swing over his right hand to strike the wood When he swung the mallet across his right arm over his right hand he struck his little finger on his right hand with the mallet This resulted in an injury
