Delivering mail

Dog bite happened at [REDACTED]. Carrier was delivering mail. The gate was closed she knows there was a dog so she rattled the gate waited a couple of seconds. No dog came or barked. She entered to deliver about half way into driveway dog came running from the back of the house. Dog bit glove hand and mail. She gave it the glove and mail and got out the gate which she had left open behind her. Owner came out after hearing her scream. Neighbors came to help as well. Neighbors is a nurse. Owner took the dog and went inside.
