Carrier states he was pulling a post con of waters to his truck when it rolled on the back of his heel causing it to bleed
What happened
On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] CCA was CPPF retrieving water bottles for [REDACTED] and as he was PULLING the post con of waters to load on the truck the post con rolled on the back of his right heel causing bleeding and a gash. CCA informed the Supervisor upon his return to [REDACTED]. I asked if he was ok and he stated it was throbbing. I asked if he needed an ambulance and he stated no but wanted to go to urgent care.
