On [REDACTED] at roughly [REDACTED] CCA driving LLV 3300486 on assigned [REDACTED] was involved in a MVA at the intersection of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] CCA was trapped in the vehicle until her driver’s side door was opened by two persons at the scene. The POV driver [REDACTED] admitted he did not see the LLV as he made a left turn from [REDACTED] onto [REDACTED] and EMT’s arrived and CCA was taken to Richmond University Medical Center for observation. She was very emotional but did not complain of any specific injury. POV was uninjured. The damage to the LLV included broken left side mirrors and damage to the left side sliding door.
