On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] carrier was moving packages around in the back of his vehicle. As he was moving the packages he tripped over a package and fell out the back of the LLV. landed on his right knee. He wrote a statement saying he didn 't want to go to the clinic at this time. When did go to Concentra on [REDACTED] they release him to full duty on [REDACTED] and instructed him to ice his knee.
