On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee stated on a statement on a [REDACTED] Forms I was picking up a bucket of what I thought was just letters and when I pulled to lift up I felt something pop in my wrist it was filled with magnets. pain started shooting in my fingers and forearm i went home took Tylenol it didn 't help reported to work the [REDACTED] it had gotten worst so I reported to the MOD on duty left and went to emergency room.
