On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Employee was hooking up linking webs GPCs so [REDACTED] could take them in the building. Employee middle finger was stuck inside screw groove. A couple of employees were trying to assist trying to unscrew the screw and unleash his skin but instead it squeezed harder causing my finger to start throbbing. Employee slid his finger towards the opening of the groove and it finally came out.
