What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I was injured by stepping on a loose brick and fell in front of [REDACTED] while delivering the mail.I was on the ground and couldn 't move for 5 mins. The couple next door at [REDACTED] saw me on the camera and came out to help me stand up. I reported to my supervisor after work when I arrived home. I didn 't expect the injury to be this bad and it impacts my body 's daily movement. The pain got worse the [REDACTED] when i woke up. I felt the pain on the right side of my chest shoulder and ribs every time I move my hand bend down or twist my body
