I was taking the letter mail around to the carriers cases so i had mail in both of my hands when i went to step around a mail tub on the floor lost my balance fell to the floor landing on my right knee & trying to catch myself with my right forearm. My whole right-side hurts but specifically my right knee elbow wrist & shoulder. My right hand is also numb & tingling at times. [REDACTED]
