TM was putting pallets into the trailer. TM climbed on the stack. TM jumped down hurting the neck.
What happened
TM was putting a stack of pallets into the left side of the trailer in dock door #22. The top 2 pallets twisted sideways. TM removed half of a stack from the right side of the trailer. TM climbed on top of the 9 pallet high stack and pushed the twisted stack straight. TM jumped down. TM noticed that her neck felt weird.
