EE was processing a return moving small boxes.

Employee was moving boxes that were in the crate he was processing he stepped inside of the crate to reach a box but since the box did not have handles he reached and grabbed the box from the side that was farthest away which caused him to stretch his arm and shoulder more than he usually does when grabbing boxes with a similar size causing a pain in his shoulder.

EE states he over stretched his left shoulder to reach a box that had no handles causing him to sprain his left shoulder.
