Before the incident
Employee had removed a nozzle assembly from the 1007 machine and was int process of a set-up for a new job.
What happened
From the employee: The first thing I did was get the clamp table for set up then I started to install the nozzles which were staged on the floor next to the machine. I needed to reach down to pick up the nozzles and reach to inside the machine to install the nozzles on the arm inside the machine. After installing the second nozzle that 's when I felt pain in my lower back. I was not able to finish the set up due to pain. It was [REDACTED] and the shop closes at [REDACTED] (I do the shop 's closing procedure) so I went to the washroom to clean up and begin the shop shut down procedure for the night.
