Before the incident
Employee was bagging glass media. There is a trough that gets filled with glass media and must be emptied. The trough sits approximately 8 off the floor. Employee would bend over and with a shovel scoop out the media and fill a plastic bag with this media. Then media is lifted and placed inside a dumpster container.
