What happened
On [REDACTED] the employee was working at retort palletizer when he hurt his side. He was on the west side of the retort conveyors right after the stretch wrapper fixing a pallet pattern issue when he slipped off the conveyor and landed on his right side on the pallet sticker machine. He told me this happened right at the end of the shift right around [REDACTED] and he stated he was OK and did not want to get checked out. He returned to work [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] and stated he now wants to go get checked out. He is going to wait until [REDACTED] and go to Well now to get checked out.
