Watching cut go down packline

EE was packaging on the bay 6 pack line. The EE was taking cuts off the 72 slitter turnstile one of the coils that was coming down the conveyors had an OD band that started to slide down. While the coil was still moving the EE reached towards the bottom of the coil to fix the band. This resulted in the EE 's finger becoming caught between the coil and the roller.
