Tightening cylinder bolts

Maintenance employee was tightening the cylinder on the back of the pickle line exit recoiler. The employee had already tightened the bolts with an impact and went back down to the lower side with the multiplier to finish the job. As the employee entered the area he attempted to rest the multiplier on the ledge realizing the ledge wouldn 't hold the multiplier he attempted to lower it and in the process dropped the multiplier. On the fall the safety pin key ring that holds the handle on caught the employee on the top side of the hand causing a laceration.
