EE was driving a powered pallet [REDACTED]

The Employee was driving the power pallet jack moving pallets from while doing so he tried to cross under the connecting bar from the travel line. Looks like the Employee crouched down may not have realized that the pallet with the boxes that he was transporting was too high and may have caused the removable crossbar to lift off of its hinged and swing forward striking the Employee on his upper left forehead above eyebrow causing an open wound (laceration) and bleeding.
