Before the incident
Employee was working on the Paint Line removing metal bars and hangers from the carrier and placing into a return cage.
What happened
While employee was removing bars and hangers from the paint line he had just set 2 hangers into the cage and proceeded to push them back into place. When pushing the hangers back into the cage and extending both arms he felt a pull in his left upper arm shoulder. Employee developed pain which worsened when arms outstretched as well as numbness down his arm.
