What happened
Employee was attempting to unload boxes from the bed of a mechanic crane truck while standing on the bumper platform. Employees hands slipped off the box while dragging it to be lifted it out of the truck bed. Upon slipping off the box it caused them to lose balance resulting in a fall to the ground. During the fall the employee tried to brace for the fall with both arms extended which resulted in a fracture to the left wrist.
