Closing manual well head wing valve

While closing the manual well head wing valve the IP cut his right wrist on a metal PSV tag located on an adjacent wing safety valve. The PSV tag on the adjacent wing safety valve was in the path of the manual wing valve when closing action occurred causing the IP to receive a laceration. The tag was not located on the same valve.
