CCA was approaching [REDACTED] out of [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] went up the stairs at the front of the house looking for the mailbox as he is a borrowed cca from [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] did not find the box at the porch turned around to come down the stairs and rolled his right ankle at the bottom of the steps on the uneven surface also lost balance and scrapped his right knee. [REDACTED] called and reported the incident and tried to continue to deliver but after a short while he called back that he couldn’t continue as it was getting hard to put pressure on the right ankle. [REDACTED] went to seek medical attention.
